By accessing or using pirix (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Description of the Service

pirix is a free, browser-based photo editing tool that allows users to add text, shapes, logos and filters to images. All processing occurs locally on the user’s device.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create or distribute illegal, harmful, hateful or infringing content
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights (including copyright and privacy rights)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload or disrupt the Service

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the original images you load and to the final images you create. The Service itself (code, design, branding) is owned by pirix and is protected by copyright.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pirix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Advertising

The Service may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of those advertisements.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
