pirix (“we”, “our”, “the Service”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect (and what we deliberately do not collect) when you use our website and online photo editor.

1. Core Principle – No Image Data Collection

The photo editor runs entirely in your web browser using HTML5 Canvas and the Fabric.js library. Images you open or edit are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party server controlled by us. Processing happens locally on your device. We therefore never have access to the content of your photos.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• Photos, images or any visual content you load into the editor
• Text you type onto images
• Email addresses or account information (no registration exists)
• Names, phone numbers or other personal identifiers

3. Technical Data

Like most websites, our web server (or CDN) may automatically log standard technical information such as:

• IP address (may be anonymized)
• Browser type and version
• Operating system
• Referring URL
• Pages visited and timestamps

This data is used solely for security, abuse prevention and aggregated traffic analysis. It is not linked to any individual identity.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use essential cookies required for the website to function. If we use analytics or advertising cookies (for example Google Analytics or Google AdSense), we will request your consent where required by law (e.g. GDPR / ePrivacy).
